Appointment Policies

In order to provide every patient with quality care, appointments times are reserved for every individual patient. We do not double book our providers.

As such, please arrive on time to each appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may be canceled and need to be rescheduled.

If you must cancel your appointment, please call the office at least 1 business day (24 hours) in advance to avoid incurring any missed appointment fees.

We understand that certain circumstances may cause you to cancel appointments. Our practice firmly believes a good provider/patient relationship is based upon understanding and good communication. If a patient has more than three missed appointments or “no shows,” you may dismissed from the practice. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
